  • Advertising campaign planning and execution

  • Billboard and outdoor media placement

  • Media space management

  • Transit and location-based advertising

  • Creative coordination and campaign support

  • Media planning and location selection

  • Campaign monitoring and optimization

  • Other related advertising and promotional services

The exact scope of services will be defined in the quotation, proposal, work order, agreement, or written communication shared with the client.

2. Quotations and Campaign Confirmation

All quotations and proposals provided by Keystone Media are based on the information available at the time of issuance.

Prices, media availability, locations, campaign duration, production costs, installation charges, taxes, and other commercial terms may vary depending on the final requirements.

A campaign will be considered confirmed only after written approval and receipt of the agreed advance payment, where applicable.

3. Media Space Availability

Advertising spaces are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.

A space shown or discussed during the planning stage is not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed.

If a selected advertising location becomes unavailable, Keystone Media may suggest a suitable alternative location of similar value or visibility.

4. Payments

Clients are required to make payments according to the payment schedule mentioned in the quotation, invoice, proposal, or agreement.

Keystone Media may require full or partial advance payment before reserving media space, beginning production, printing creatives, or executing a campaign.

Any applicable taxes, government charges, permissions, printing costs, installation charges, or third-party expenses may be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.

5. Campaign Content and Approval

The client is responsible for providing accurate advertising content, brand assets, logos, images, text, offers, disclaimers, and other materials required for the campaign.

The client must approve the final creative or artwork before production or publication.

Once artwork has been approved, Keystone Media will not be responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, pricing errors, contact details, or other content issues that were present in the approved material.

6. Prohibited Content

Clients must not provide advertising material that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws and advertising regulations.

Keystone Media reserves the right to reject or request modification of any advertisement that may violate applicable laws, regulations, media-owner policies, or public standards.

7. Installation and Campaign Scheduling

Campaign installation and display schedules may depend on factors such as location access, permissions, weather conditions, government regulations, media-owner availability, technical requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Keystone Media will make reasonable efforts to execute campaigns according to the agreed schedule but cannot guarantee exact installation times where external factors cause delays.

8. Third-Party Media Owners and Vendors

Certain advertising spaces, printing services, installation services, permissions, or campaign-related activities may be provided through third-party media owners, contractors, suppliers, or vendors.

Keystone Media will coordinate such services where applicable but cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9. Cancellations

Campaign cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Once advertising space has been booked, production has started, or third-party payments have been made, cancellation charges may apply.

Payments made toward confirmed media bookings, printing, production, permissions, installation, or other committed third-party expenses may be non-refundable.

Any refund, where applicable, will depend on the specific campaign terms and costs already incurred.

10. Campaign Performance

Keystone Media aims to provide effective media planning and strong brand visibility; however, advertising performance depends on several factors, including location, audience behaviour, campaign duration, creative quality, market conditions, competition, and the client's products or services.

Keystone Media does not guarantee any specific number of enquiries, leads, sales, conversions, revenue, or other commercial results from an advertising campaign.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, creatives, photographs, designs, and other materials supplied by the client remain the property of their respective owners.

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use all materials supplied to Keystone Media.

Any original concepts, designs, presentations, layouts, or creative materials developed by Keystone Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This may include losses resulting from campaign interruptions, third-party actions, regulatory restrictions, weather conditions, changes in media availability, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Force Majeure

Keystone Media will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, public emergencies, infrastructure failures, regulatory changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Changes to Terms

Keystone Media reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions when required.
